Performance Reports
After Blue Eddy’s strategy team has created a detailed forecast of a client’s liquidity, earnings, and intrinsic valuation, the next step is to operationalize those plans by establishing targets (i.e., “overall key results” or “OKRs,” for short), processes, and dashboards to measure ongoing performance against those objectives.
Though each client’s needs are unique, the OKR targets usually align with the modeled scenarios created to forecast earnings and liquidity. Said differently, the forecast scenarios provide a roadmap of where the client wants to go, and the OKR targets reflect what needs to be achieved, operationally, to get there. If requested, we incorporate non-financial OKR targets in our dashboards as well, including customer and employee satisfaction metrics, such as net promoter score (NPS) for the SaaS industry or guest satisfaction scores for the hotel industry. We refer to this as the “balanced scorecard” approach to performance measurement.
For the commercial real estate and early-stage technology (SaaS) sectors, we offer specialized capabilities and pre-existing report formats that can be used to establish an initial framework during client engagements. Our performance measurement reports, tools, and processes reflect decades of hands-on experience in our core sectors and reflect the amalgamation of best practices acquired during that time.
