Integrity & Accountability

We are all born with a fundamental understanding of right and wrong, and at Blue Eddy, we honor that intuition. We strive always to do the right thing, even if it results in an economic loss to our firm. When we intend to take a prudent course of action but fail, we take ownership, correct the situation, and reaffirm our commitment as a firm not to repeat the mistake.

Health & Family

As a growing company, we recognize there will be times when our team needs to work long hours. However, we encourage employees to prioritize special family events over work, and we are continually improving our internal processes to free up more quality time for our families. We also understand the importance of good sleep on health, productivity, and temperament. Therefore, we insist that everyone on our team—including contractors—get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.

Truth & Justice

We give people the benefit of the doubt, assuming positive intent until evidence proves otherwise. We understand that there are usually multiple plausible explanations for a person's behavior, and our personal beliefs and experiences may bias our initial assessment. We always take steps to determine what is true before casting judgment or blame.

Respect & Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion are the foundation of our firm’s strength and competitive advantage. We don’t just say we value these things—we demonstrate our commitment through our actions. In any context, we do not tolerate personal attacks and derogatory comments as they damage our culture. We encourage regular feedback among team members, provided it is tactful, positive, and constructive.
